My Approach
I am a psychotherapist offering an Integrative approach. This form of therapy is a combined approach that brings together different elements of specific therapies. This way of working means there is no single way of working that can treat clients in all situations.
Different tools and ways of working are tailored to meet the needs of the individual.
This approach is particularly helpful when working with children and young people who experience, stress, anxiety or depression and lack of confidence as a result of bullying .
