The most common mistake couples in crisis make is seeking help when it is too late. So what are the signs you may need counselling?

* You keep having the same arguments.
A therapist could help you both to understand why you have these arguments and help resolve these to stop them re-occurring

Counselling can help uncover the reasons for the lack of physical closeness and help get this part of your relationship back on track

First Session Free - Fees

I offer private face-to-face sessions which last for 50 minutes and are usually held on a weekly basis. We can agree together to work on either a short term or open-ended basis.
I offer the first session free so we can meet and for you to see if I am the right counsellor for you. Following this each session is £55.
